Reload all toolbox control in visual studio 2012

Question

visual studio 2012 .i have create a c# application and in the project i removed my form desiner file and property page

and creating class and create control dynamically ,so what happen in my toolbox it show only report and visual basic control

but all thing work fine . how to load my toolbox control how..

-uninstall application ,and then install but it not work

-i removed toolbox.tbd, toolbox_reset.tbd,toolboxIndex.tbd, toolboxIndex_reset.tbd file but it not fix

-how to fix my problem
