Remote Installation of windows service and .NET 2.0 runtime

Question

I do have a requirement to write the .NET class library allowing remote installation of windows service and .NET 2.0 runtime on the remote computer with Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista desktops. The service to be installed should be available as the MSI package. Please let me know if you have developed similar things or knows any information about how it should be done.
