Dear all how can i use remote javascript for checked changed event of radiobutton/checkbox and also i want to deal with databse through that i dont want to use ajax control tool kit

i want to fire radiobutton checked change event asynchronously as we can do it with the use of update panel but i want to do same with the help of javascript (xmlhttprequest) Hope you got it now

By using XMLHttpRequest to can you serverside operation like db update etc... but why want to fire radiobuttonechecked event. ? Can you please give more details for this?

1) You can use callback method. From the javascript you call the same page for doing database operation. 2) You can use normal post back method also. 3) From javascript do a xmlhttprequest to do database operation. So, first decide which method will opt for you then do your implementation. Hope this helps you.
