Remove projects folder from C#.net 2008

Question

I have a C#.net 2008 application that I want to keep only a few project folders. I want to complete this task since there are alot of proejct folkders in this C#.net 2008 application that are not used any longer.
Thus, can you tell me what I can do to remove the proejct folders I do not need any longer. I would need to remove any references to these folders also.

I want to remove project folders that are not used any more. One of the project folders contains the following: in AssemblyInfo.cs: [ assembly : AssemblyVersion ( 5.0.0 )] [ assembly : AssemblyDelaySign ( false )] assembly : AssemblyKeyFile ( ..\..\itxtshp.snk )] assembly : AssemblyKeyName (  )] I am not certain if this is linked to other proejcts in the entire solutuion. However other project folders that I do not need may contain this information.

Where do you want to remove them? Where do you want to delete them from?

Just delete the project folders from physical location and restart the VS 2008.
