How to Rename List Item attachments in sharepoint 2013/Sharepoint online ? My Team gave options to use any of the below approach -Using Javascript-REST/CSOM -Using Sharepoint WorkFlows -Using Sharepoint K2APPIT WorkFlows

if you are using sharePoint app then you need to provide @target. in workflow or direct JS you do not need @target. Also try below call. this will pop error. Hi When i Execute the moveTo through Ajax Request URLi get Error :The length of the url for this request exceeds the configured maxurllength value and what other suggests is the web.config changes which are only for On-Premise and the other option Microsoft suggests is SP.RequestExecutor.js. User Move file REST Call. Folders of the attachment can be obtained in list path and ID of the item. So you will write a move call for that. http://sharepoint.stackexchange.com/questions/113729/how-to-get-all-attachment-from-the-list Let me know if you have not fixed.
