Hey Rushal. If you want to create a table then follow the Sanjeeb tutorial . Now if you want to know that how to design the page (like you design) in asp.net and how to store values in the database then let me know. OK. If you want to design the table on sql server 2008 then follow this: create table Table_Name ( ID int primary key identity(11) Gender char(10) not null IsMarried char(5) not null Marital Status varchar(15) not null ) Press F5 to execute Insert into Table_Name values('Male' 'No' 'Unmarried')

Like on the design page i am having Male Female Checkbox Married : Yes No Radiobutton Martial Status : DropdownList Now i want to create a table in which i want to mention the above fields using SQL Server 2008  how to do it ?
