Reset picture box

Question

Hi the code picturebox.image=null resets the picturebox to blank. I have put a picture to the picturebox in the form. So i want the picturebox to be reset to its previous picture like it was while the form is loaded. So please answer to this problem. thank you prasanna

When the application starts I'd save the original image to a private field. Hi Do u have a solution for how to display image to picturebox on cell double click event of datagridview. well i have already inserted picture into database (shows 'binary data' for picture column in database)  while coding i have converted image to byte for inserting image into database and also the picture is loaded in datagridview. Now i just want to show the image in picturebox on cell double click event of datagridview. thanks in advance waiting for the reply prasanna

Ok got it now. Do one thing now when you reset do the picture box as null and then try following methods to see the change. 1. picturebox.update(); or 2. picturebox.refresh(); which should do the job for you. For nay other concerns please feel free post back.

Hi i want to say that I have a picture box and have put an image on it in the design view(i.e. blank image for the one who does not upload image). And i also have a browse button in the form. So while i run it the picture box has the same image tha i had put on it in the designing time. But while i click browse button and select image from file  the selected image is set to the picture box and after this when i press reset button all textbox gets reset but the picturebox still shows the image that i had selected from the file. But i want to reset the picturebox that had a picture while in designing time. so please help me out thank you prasanna

Explain more clearly i didn't understand what you said. Are you using two images one after the other. Tell me in sequence what you want start with and what you want to do and what you what to end up with?
