Resize does not work in IE when Add meta tag

Table inside div does not work resizable in IE when Add meta tag. and when its remove its work fine but other functionalities like Drag and Drop does not work Can anybody please help me Thanks in Advance

can you post your html here? meta tag is in header and I don't understand how it can affect resize operation
