Re-starting of career in IT.

Question

Sir I passed B.Tech(IT) in 2011 I worked for 3 months for website maintenance. Then from 2013 I am working in administration dept. in pvt. firm my current profile is such as a non IT institute manager so can I now again restart my career in IT. I did PHP course for 3 months during b.tech but right now i forgot all things. Can I restart with IT again? Please suggest and advise me what to do?

Hi You can start your IT career. You need to learn technology which you are interested as here you mention PHP. You have to justify your non IT experience in interview.

Hi Purshottam There is a huge gap between your start IT career and education. So it is bit difficult to start career in IT. Don't worry - nothing is possible. First you have set your mind that you are going to start career in IT and no revert back in any difficult situation. Once your mind is set go for some courses like PHP .NET or Java as per your interest. It would be better if you are going for any trending technology Cloud Big Data ASP.NET MVC PHP(Drupal) etc.. Prepare yourself and start practise what ever you are learning. Because this time you are fresher you have to achieve so many things. Again I will say do not worry - do it slowly everything will be fine. Don't loose your heart that I don't this my friends are doing that etc.. May be tomorrow you will better than others. So keep patience and start learning. Do not stop learning till you achieve the goal. Secondly company will ask about your gap and that will big problem for you to get the job. So it is better to start career from small company. It would be better you get experience certificate you are teaching last 3 years. But for the same you should have good knowledge to showcase any certificate. Lastly I will say: Set your mind Go for some courses Learn more and more make yourself as competent IT professional start to attend interview and what are your negative points work on your negative points again learn Hope everything will be fine.
