Retrive data from multible tables using Stored procedures

Question

Hi I have to generate report using reportviewer in .net using c#.I use mysql as DB.Now i've to write stored procedures for retriving data from three tableshaving id as common field in tables.i'm new to stored procedures.Can u help me guys...... Guide me about stored procedures.
