hi there There is no such functionality of RichTextBox in asp.net but you can use third party tools having such features. Most of the such tools are not available for free but still there are some RichTextBox which are free. It depends what you want to do. If you want a rich text box to display different fonts & colours then the simplest way would be to use a normal text box. The when you want to write to it provide some methods that will add the html tags to the text to provide toe formatting (i.e. use TextBox.Text =  This is bold text ; TextBox.Text += This is not bold text; I hope this helps Ash....

RichTextBox is in the .NET Framework but only for Windows Forms not for Web Forms. This is because ASP.NET renders HTML and HTML doesn't contain a RichText element.
