Although it's 'fallen off' the board now the OP asked more or less the same question in this thread ( http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/Forums/Thread/116926/round-function.aspx ). As you'll see I answered it (hopefully correctly) in a similar way to what Sam has just described.

I think that is not rounding; it might be called truncating. One way might be to divide by ten then trucate then multiply by ten. Or use an integer type and divide and multiply.
