Rss feeds with images

Good day

Am developing a windows phone app, how can i achieve the following in my app:

1, I have a website that i will like to display the post, image and date of all the blog posts, how can i achieve this through rss feeds

2, I have many pictures that i wanted to display in my app, how can display them using flip tiles/tiles in my app

3, How to create/add a chat room/forum to my app for online discussion
