Run an exe file using vb.net

Hello I was wondering if anyone knows how to run an executable file using vb.net for example I would like to run Macromedia fireworks from a vb form using vb code thanks

2 ways use Diagnostics class *managed and should be done this way* use Shell() *not proper but still works*
