running a c# program in IIS server from a localhost

I want to run a C#.NET web application in IIS server from the local host using the IP address of the system please help to solve this problem

if you want to test locally for any particular IP setting or domain name update hosts file C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts Ex- 67.214.133.48 yoursite.abc.com Thnx @sumitjolly

If you want to run locally on your IIS. then create website add deploy code in IIS. just browse and check first your website. afterwords instead of localhost replace with your IPAdress.. automatically everyone can access in LAN you website. if you want make website public for all user in internet. then change binding and set port to 443 and set your IP or HostName.
