Running a C#.exe without .NET Framework installed

Is it possible to run a C# executable (.exe) file without having the .NET framework installed as it is to be used on a PC without the framework installed?

sir i think running a .NET Application withount the same not being installed anywhere is possible. thats b'coz aftre compilation the source code is converted to MSIL which nothing but a manifest of bytecode....and since bytecode is acceptable and executable so running a .NET Application should be no problem. Any suggestion or comments on the post are warmly welcomed.
