dear i developed a aplication in c# .net 4.0 when i run that application on window xp sp2 i got en error of some fecter initilization error what is the the thing i need to install on px sp2

According to this link for downloading .NET Framework 4.0: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17851 you need Windows XP SP3 to run it. So I'd update your system from SP2 to SP3 before trying again to run the application.

You should be OK if you 'build down' to .NET Framework 3.5. The download link for that doesn't specify that a particular service package should be installed for Windows XP: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=22
