Runtime Error (Server Error in '/' Application.)

Question

Please tell me how to resolve this error?

and i want host my site,please tell me How to upload database and how to change connection string in webconfig file.. Its little urgent please reply me the solution.

1) Database : Go to Database -->Select your database-->Righclick--> Tasks-->Generate scripts. Here select the tablesviews sp and user defined function if any. Save the script into a sql file. 2) Web.config : In the web.config you can see the connectionstring section there you can give your production database details servername databaseusername and password details. Refer : www.connectionstrings.com 3) Once you update the web.config details build your application and publish into a folder by using visual studio. 4) Copy the published files into your production server. Go to IIS in the Production server  create a web site and map the path to the published files. Check the authentication section once. 5) Run the sql scripts in the sql server. is your db table visible on hosting cp? if yes then check your database user authentication details. if 'server management studio' extension available then check your username and pass otherwise using hosting cp check it.

To change the connection string web.config please the below link. http://www.connectionstrings.com/Articles/Show/store-connection-string-in-web-config For database create the database manually by using SQL Server management studio. Once the db is created select the database and your database script there.

This error will comes after deploy my ASP.Net pages. and I have already deploy asp.net pages not database. i don't have enough knowledge about how to deploy database and change the connection string.
