Sad and Broken Heart .... Editors please

Question

Hi All  See this below article [Link] . First line of the article. http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/UploadFile/dhananjaycoder/7084/ Purposefully I left a date at the top there to check whether Editorial team is reading article at least once or not ? They published the article and Date is still there. What should I conclude ? Please read your article now. You will see many small changes. There is one or two things I did not understand so I left them as-is. Most of the changes are probably so minor that you won't even realize that there is a change. I hope you like the changes.

I don't know what the date looks like; either it has been removed or it can't be seen. I read all articles with few exceptions. I don't read the very long articles from sources that have been published elsewhere. There are some articles written by Charles Petzold and some written by Microsoft Press that have been published elsewhere and already edited by other editors. All others I read. Some of them seem to have been quickly written and not re-read by the author and I wish they were to be more careful about what they write. So when I find something I don't understand then it takes time for me to try to decide what to do. Sometimes I try to contact the author but that takes time and most authors don't understand. There is one thing you need to know about the editing I do. I edit the articles after they have been approved. Your article apparently was approved at about 2 AM in the USA Eastern timezone which is 11 PM for me in the western USA. I have not looked at it yet but I will. If you have any doubt that I read your articles you should compare an article you have submitted before and after my edits. You can do that either to a previous article or you can wait a couple of hours and look at the article you are asking about; I will edit it soon. If you don't keep a copy of the articles you submit then you should. I hope you do this; it will help for you to be familiar with the changes I make. I will very much appreciate knowing that you appreciate my changes. It takes time to read articles. I agree that it would help for them to be thoroughly read before approval but that takes time. The important point is that when there are errors to be corrected the corrections might not be done before a few hours after approval.

Dhananjay The primary objective/goal is allowing everyone to submit an article/blog without any restriction which other communities dose not allow. So validating an article/blog does not exists here. We already have lots of discussions regarding this. Most of the submission made by me which got rejected from other sites got approved here. In another way this is also a cool thing happening here. Because many members got the opportunity to submit their ideas/code etc... In future might all these things are taken care of by the Admins.

Dear Dinesh  There should be a process and none of the author should be exception of that process. We are Bigggest community site and we have to adhere to Editorial Process. Does not matter articles is coming from me  ShivPrasad Koirala or even Mahesh sir . I belive Mahesh sir would also agree with my point. Process should be same for eveyone ... and article of all author should go to that process whether it is of Mahsh sir or author posting his/her 1st article.
