Salary Expectation in Dot Net after 1 year experience

Question

I am working on a Local Based IT company from last 1 year . Here I am working on desktop applications like Payroll ManagementHotel Management Financial Software Point of Sale etc. Should I switch to another job after 1 year experience if yes than what salary i can expect?

If you are really specific to hike then it depends in MNC you will easily get package b/w 3-4LPA. But for good startup it depends on your skills not much on experience.

Hi.. I would advise - Start applying for new job in other MNC Companies (TCS IBM etc) Attend all the interviews.(from where ever you are called). And join the MNC... You will have more exposure there... Instead of working in local companies. I myself have experienced this... Hence....

Hi My suggestion you can except 30-40 percentage hike. but why you need to switch your current job and analysis your self the reason. then you can proceed further.
