sample database installation

Hi.
i insatlled sql server 2008 express in my machine.i would like to install sample database on my machine.could anyone help me on this.how to install.please provide the steps for installation.and how to download sample database .

I find reporting services by going to the start menu, then Microsoft SQL Server 2005, then SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio.  Once it opens select File, New Project, and you should have selctions for Report Server*.  Choose one and Visual Studio should open.  I hope this helps as I know how frustrating this can be, been there.
