Save a variable´s value from C#, into a SQL's Variable

Question

I need help to obtain a Variable's Value stored in C#, and stored or call that variable into a  SQL's Variable, from SQL Management.

I'm using store procedures, and I'm New doing this!!! I mean using C# and SQL.
