save Edited Image on Sql

Question

i have a image in the form in asp.net i have a button i have dragged some labels controls and placed on that image if i click the button i want to save it to sql. Any idea regarding this

i have attached a image ..... see Example... i have image control here and some label controls in form.. i drag and drop labels on that image ... atlast the image with drag and dropped labels stored in database

if u wanna save the image.. convert it into binary n save it in ur table db with column datatime as image .. if this is wat u r looking for let me know.. will give an example for this
