I have a table 'Sales' . How to control in network from saving to sales.In this table have a primary field sales_id ... How to control table from a mulitple saving at a time?

Multiple saving means? I think you are talking about Update. If you are using SQL 2005 Look for Transaction Isolation Level and How to use them.
