saving multiple data into ms-sql at once using asp.net

Question

i want to insert details (i.e date image text and week_no) into ms-sql database but the approach im using does not allow me save more than four details at once.... the approach involves using insert statement that allows you insert multiple statement. Can i pls get suggestion on how to go about this????? Thanks

I guess what you want is to insert multiple records consisting of date image text and week_no in one call in SQL db. Usually what people do is to create a nvarchar(MAX) variable in a stored procedure and in dot net code merge all these values in a string using string builder class with some separator between fields and some other separator between two rows. e.g. value1value2value3value4#value11value22value33value44 like that. I see you have a image field is that the image path in string or binary data? in that case you may want to pass binary in separate field combining all binary data in one using some separator logic.
