I have a form with a button. When i click on it I want to scan a document and save it in the database. Any solutionssssss??????????

Your question is too broad. Ask for something specific. You all but asked someone to write your application for you but didn't provide any details. What kind of document? What's in it? Do you know its format? What part of it do you want to store in a database? What kind of database? Does the database already exist or do you want to create it? Will you do this more than once? Do you want to store multiple documents in this database? Where do you get the document from? Is it a file? How will you determine its filename? Look at that. I already typed more in my question than you did in yours. Be more specific. Post some code or some details or ask a specific question.
