i am learning asp.net but i want to know what is the scope after learning asp.net

ASP .Net is relatively simple. I think one important thing to understand is that ASP .Net is just a small part of a web site system. There are also HTML, IIS, HTTP and other communications protocols and the various languages including C# and VB. You should start with a language such as C#.

I do not know what you mean by scope. ASP .Net is an environment that supports various languages. I am not familiar with JSP but I assume it is similar to ASP. PHP is a language.

Asp.net is not an ordanary programming language it's one of the web technology like jsp,php... You can develope web application in asp.net.
