Scroll bars in mvc4 mobileapp

Question

In css i am using this tag
@media only screen and (max-device-width: 480px) {
}
so scroll is coming vertically in mobile.

so i need scroll for horizantally also .

How to do this one?..please tell me its very urgent..

hi this tag is working for all scrolls like vertical and horizontal @media all and (max-device-width: 500px) { }
