Search functionality in crystal reports
Hi All
I need to create a custom search functionality in crystal reports.what i need is ,when the page loads it should show the entire report and i have a text box and a search button.the user can enter text in the text box and the report should display on the searched records.ii have been restricted to use parameter fields
eg if the report contains teh foll fields
name age city
xyz 21 abc
mno 44 def
pqr 21 mmm
if the user enters xyz then only the first record should be displayed or if he enters 21 on the 1st & 3rd record shoud be displayed.
