Secured and encrypted cookie via HTTPS

Hi!

 

I want to ask about secured cookies via HTTPS.

 

Should secured cookie  be automatically encrypted or not? 

Why do I can see value of secure cookie in the browser ?

 

Is secured cookie != encrypted cookie ?
