security roles to permission in winform using c#

I have ( admin and users ) i want to make permission to them for example when i log in with admin allow to do any thing but when i logged in with user just must be show some thing when i make it to permission

Hi I think if you should maintain this by database. Then it will be in dynamic in nature and user friendly also. You just create a table with the information of module and users. And guide the users according to the permission saved in database
