Seeking help for my project DreamShield

I All.
I've been working on my project since a very long time (about 2-3 years) and now it's almost on a mature stage.
It's a tool that allow anyone to build setup program to installe .NET 2.0 (or superior) enabled applications on Windows (starting from Windows ME). With this tool it's also possible to ship the .NET Framework redistributable automatically or to download it if needed before starting the setup process. Another possibility is to make update for your products (like patchs or wathever).
My project is named DreamShield but actually although it's free, it was primary designed in french so i'm seeking for someone who could help me to translate it in english (or another language), 'cause i'm french and won't be able to make it myself. So, if someone is interested ...
