select below count (10) rows

i have table like this .........



sno  name    idno
1      raju           zts123456
2     praveen   ap41234598765
3     kumar       zts4567822


select only idno (10 below alphanumeric value row)


i wnt output like this.....


sno      name      idno
1          raju        zts123456
