Selected combo Value From Database(Sqlserver) in SilverLight

Question

I am Working Silverlight (4.0) with Vs2010

Using Combo with WCF

I just want set ComboValue from database

As we do it in asp.net.item.FindByValue Or FindByText().selected=true

Is any thing in SilverLight Like This
