send a mail request

Hi guys i have a task but i dont know how to handle this task.Please help me. I will send a request for HR.But 1st mail send to teamleader and he will be accept the reason then go to mail for project managerand he also accept the request. Finally the mail go to HR.... Using php only.. Thanks in Advance.

Step 1 - Create table with like status column field in database . Step 2 - Update value 1 in table for Tl Approval and Send Mail to PM. Step 2 - Update value 2 in table for PM (Project Manager) Approval and Send Mail to Hr .

Hi Gokul you maintain the flag in database for every approval mail address change condition wise and mail on click approval by TLPM then HR.
