Send and receive sms using dongle

Question

Hi I am new in windows 8

I want to send and receive short message service
using dongle in windows 8 metro application.

please help me if there is any link or sample code.

I already search on google also i checked these link

I don't want to use web service.

You can use this software http://smsenabler.com . It can receive SMS messages using a dongle and save them to a database (eg. MS Access mdb file) or text files in real-time. Your app will just need to read new messages from the database table (or the files).
