Send Mail application in ASP.net

Question

Hello all please help me  i used a tutorial for sending mail application in ASP.net. But it is not working. please help me for this. whenever i tried to sending mail it shows There has been some error please try again after some time. here is the code that i used : http://pastebin.com/Cf8erjZD Please help me i m waiting.
