how to send an email to outlook to approve reject onhold

Hi I want to send an email to outlook for approval. So when they click on links of approve reject or onhold then the status should update in database. Kindly tell me how can i do...............

The email should go to the particular person to approve and the approve link should be like the Accept. When he clicks on the link in the database the status should update.
