Sending mail with Attachment using ASP.NET

Question

Hi,

 I have requirement like there is a link namely "send" .On click of send i need to send a mail with attachment where as the file is in a url.I have tried using smtp but the file iam going to attach is in a url, that i am unable to attach using smtp..Can anyone suggest me how to go??
