Hi If you want to send thousand of sms then you can use the third party like twilioetc.. The twilio providing good service.you can send sms without any distraction. Check the twilio website and implement.

Hello Venkat you mean send button clicking after same message thousands users numbers sent message am i right? If it is right so you can ask you third party API persons in per day how many sent message available ? If 1000 message is available you can maintain 1000 users mobile numbers store in table. after that you can use loop and send the SMS.
