There are several ways that you can send the SMS from a C# application some are simple while some require a lof of tough programming and understanding. Your own modems -- for sending SMS Purchasing a local service Subscribing to online providers If you want to send an SMS all that you require is a GSM modem (such as SMTP server for sending out emails etc) you can program that but this will be much tough job and might not be the best way.
