Volt Technical Resources has a contract position open for a Development Lead in Seattle, Washington.
This position is projected to last for 6 months or longer. Some overtime could be expected during each week.
The Senior Development Lead will lead the design, development and integration of the systems leveraging key technologies by being this company's first and best customer. This person will drive design and development of projects. The position will be responsible for overall design, development and coordination on business systems/applications under deadline pressure. They will also manage a small team. There will be an opportunity to shape the roles and provide some direction to this company in how to best manage some of the work. They will manage the resources, but will have opportunity to collaborate with each of the other lead positions.
This Senior Development Lead needs to have leadership experience, project account management and team management skills, strong communication skills, the ability to be a team member with hands on development skills, including the ability to be flexible on a short notice as business needs change.
