Serial Key Validation in c#

Question

My Project is completed and i want to install it on clients machine so i have to give the serial key.I am able to create the serial key but i don't know how to validate that key at time of installation.

code is not available at the time of installation. We want to do it like windows setup's means serial key should have to enter at the time of installation.

Your old post already have this solution given by Mahesh. You need to do the rework again. Store the the serial keys in your DB design a form for Serial Key Validation. Compare the keys entered by User and from DB table. If it fails alert the user about Invalid Serial Key else continue the installation process. Or create a collection list and hard code the serial list in code behind. Then compare the keys.
