serial number for c# software

Question

i want to add a serial number to my c# application.users should not be able to have full functionality without registering the serial number. please can some one help me with a sample code.. thank you

There are no easy answers. This question has been asked many times in many forums for many years. The disadvantage of using hard drive serial numbers is if the customer changes the hard drive. I am sure there are better solutions but I don't know what they are. I hope you find something good by searching.
