Serial port communication

Hi:

I want to achieve serial port communication between two PC's. One has windows operating Sytem and the other PC has linux running on it. I want to send and receive data using serial port between the two PC's. Can I do this using C#. I have visual studio installed on my windows PC and MONO on my linux PC. I do not know where to start. Please help.

HI Munish ,

Yes,Arduino s/w is firstly a web editor and compiler too.You need to download s/w and environment and attaching hardware and then compile and run.
