I know about .Net RemotingSerialization and DeserializationMarshaling and unmarshaling. But I cant understand is these 3 concepts are enter-related with each other or entirely different.

In addition to what Mahesh said .Net Remoting is also used by applications within the same computer to communicate.

In brief .NET Remoting is an API that allows you to communicate between two computers. Serialization and Deserialization is a way to convert an object and save it and vice versa. Marshaling is a method to convert objects and pass them on the network and share between two computers. There are many articles on these topics.
