Your code running on Server. From the client (browser) you are not allowed to execute these kind of commands. I created network sharing folder by coding and I want to open this folder after created by system.diagnostics.process.start it's open on local host but not after deployed my web on iis7 What you want to achieve exactly by that code? Are you trying to open the particular folder that exist on server in your browser? If so it won't.
