Service Monitor(RadarUI Mode)

Hi, i just want to ask if there is anyway i can use service controller and any extensions anybody might know, to build a Service monitor that detects service Using a Radar UI monitor. e.g i min like a radar going round reading Stat\rted,Running,Stopped e.t.c. service on a system. Thanks in Anticipation..

Oh, and to make this a bit more tricky, when I use Windows client, it works like a dream. But I have also a PDA client (Compact Framework) and then it doesn' t work. Is there some differences in Compact framework's web service implementation?
