session data

Question

i am creating a web application with WEB API, JQUERY and ajax call.

i am no need write any code in .cs file.
steps for flow.

1. design aspx page using only html comtrols.
2. create .js files for accessing web API. in .JS file GET data from the database and post aspx page.

how to maintain session or cookies.
please give any idea about the my concept.

If your goal is to use AJAX calls with client-side implementation then why are you concerned about sessions? In what case are you using Session and cookie? If you are implementing a login and if you're having a REST API as the back end then you can implement oAuth as an authentication mechanism. That is when your user logs in using a username and a password you exchange that data with an authentication token. This authentication token is sent your server with each and every API call and your backend validates this token before servicing the request. Just google to get an example about it.
