Shall i Start to learn asp.net after 31+ age? i did CS and have basic programming Knowledge and is any job opportunity for me please advise

Age should be no bar when learning programming. In USA I see people who are 60 years old learn programming. There are always opportunities for good developers. It might take you time to get there.

@Jay Programming is just about passion. If you are passionate about programming then there is no age to start with.
